Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards Taplo subscription plans are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies to all billing cycles including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions.

By subscribing to Taplo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid, whether partially used or unused.
  • No refunds will be issued for billing cycle changes (e.g., switching from annual to monthly).
  • No refunds will be issued if you choose to stop using the platform before your billing period ends.
  • No pro-rata refunds will be given for early cancellation of any subscription plan.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with features, performance, or service quality.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to Taplo will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period expires.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, during which you may export your data (orders, products, customers, inventory) using the built-in export features.
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at Taplo's discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization and you report it within 7 days.

In both cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of the duplicate or unauthorized charge. We reserve the right to verify the claim before processing any refund.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at info@taplo.in within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

5. Service Downtime

Taplo strives for 99.9% uptime. However, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or service credits. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

6. Changes to This Policy

Taplo reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
